Home Equity Loan/Lines
You will need the following information to complete the Home Equity Loan/Lines online application:
- Outstanding balance and payment information on your current first mortgage and second mortgage, if applicable.
- Amount and frequency of payment for property taxes and property insurance, as well as for flood insurance and homeowners association dues, if applicable.

The Secured Revolving Line of Credit is secured by a Certificate of Deposit as collateral**, has a fixed-rate, and is linked to your Woodforest deposit account***.
