Woodforest National Bank Remains #1 in Market Share for 8th Year Running

Woodforest National Bank has maintained its #1 position in market share among all Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation insured banks in Montgomery County for the 8th year in a row, officials said. 

The FDIC’s market share report from June 30, 2005 stated Woodforest branches in the County had increased to 23.71% based on total deposits in excess of $827 million and 21 branch locations. Woodforest National Bank outranked 21 other banks and led the bank in 2nd position by more than 80%.
